| PLAN DE CORONES - BRUNICO |
| Following the so called "pista di slittino" up to the Bergfreundehütte hut, which is ideal for a break. From here follow the forest road to the middle station. It is your decision whether to return to Riscone in a cable car or to walk down past the Haidenberg Guesthouse and S. Stefano . For you who are still in good shape, you should not miss the opportunity to enjoy the fantastic view from the Plan de Corones Peak |

| From S. Vigilio to Furcia Mountain Pass - take the military road up to the peak; or take a short cut to the Panorama and Graziani huts . Returning is also possibile on the Pieve side. |

| VALDAORA- FURCIA-COLLI ALTI LECH -PASSO DELLA CROCE - FORCELLA DI CRIPPES- FORCELLA DI SENNES -RIFUGIO BIELLA HUT - B RAIES LAKE |
Go to the Furcia Pass by car. Take route to Forcella Tre Dita and then onwards to Passo della Croce . Then follow along path to Foresta Pass until you reach the Crippes di Sopra hut, continue on to Forcella di Crippes , uphill to Forcella di Sennes . Here you can witness a fantastic view of the Alps of Sennes and Fanes.
The path leads to the Rifugio Biella hut . Here you might also choose to stay overnight and then continue on the next day downhill on the tight path to the idyllic Lago di Braies Lake . Return to Monguelfo by bus and there take the bus to Valdaora. This is usually a two day tour but for professionals or advanced walkers it can also be achieved in one day. |

| MORAHUT - RIO VERDE LAKE - CIMA di POZZO PEAK |
Parking in Corti , on path through forests and fields to the Zimmermann farm and continue onwards until the forests meet a forest road that leads to the Kindler and Mariental farms. A road along the Rio Verde river brings you to a quite uneven and difficult path and onwards to the Rio Verde hut on the right side of the mountain.
Follow the path to Cadisopra and the Rio Verde Lake . Not much further up you will be able to see the Cima di Pozzo Peak at 2,483 m. From here you have a fantastic view of the glaciers of the Aurine Alps and on the Selva dei Molini Valley including the artificial Neves Lake . Return either from an Easterly direction through Valperna passing the Valperna hut or by walking downhill in westerly direction to Corti walking past the "Kaltwassertal" or a little further on by walking past "Colleerberg". |

| CASTELLO DI CASANUOVA |
| Our excursion starts on path at the edge of the residential area of Gais, right behind the Sonne Guesthous on the road to Valle Aurina - here there are parking spaces. Initially the path goes slightly uphill and then crosses partially steep hills with trees and finally brings you directly to Castel Neuhaus. Upon reaching the Castle, we leave a relatively short and very beautiful path. It is not ruins that await us at the castle, rather a courtyard with a beautiful chapel and a well kept castle, which is still occupied. Unfortunately the inside of the castle cannot be visited, but you can have a drink at the Castle Bar. Continue your walk downhill in A northerly direction initially on the asphalt road and then turn to the left on path to the Baustadt farm. Follow this up- and downhill path, and cross the wooden bridge - this will then bring you to Villa Ottone, approx. 1 hour from the Castle. After crossing the road and the Aurino river turn right and walk initially on the asphalt road and later on, along the road to Aurino; through fields to the South and finally return to the point of departure by crossing the Aurino river again at the border of Gais village. |
